We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 185 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
We always provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Please see below list with some examples. NOTE : If your country is not on the list but, you want to be sure that we are able to ship, please email our friendly customer support team, and they will find out.
We do not ship to Country:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Nepal, Crimea Ukraine, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria.
NOTE: There might be some other countries we cannot ship to, depending on the global situation. If you are not certain if we can ship to your county, please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected].
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) / GST (Goods and Service Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says, “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid, and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time of 45 days. (The 45 days does not include the 2-5 days shipping processing)
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiclock.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of citiclock.com.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The product is 100% accurate as described. But you should contact the store before you order. The seller can tell you exactly how you can get it on time.
Bought on stock for 100 $. Delivery-7 days. In general, a beautiful watch with sapphire, not a bad bracelet, Bizel is clear. The store for some reason sent a watch with a mechanism mi20:8215 (the mechanism from citizen, but without a stop-second). Lyum is weak, without a date would look better. Very good stroke accuracy + 2 seconds per day. As a result-an excellent clock for every day. And also a nylon strap as a gift.

The watch looks and feels great, for the money you're getting some of the best value available. I only have one minor gripe: the bezel isn't aligned properly, which is a shame but it isn't by much. The free nato is a nice touch.

Updated version bezel is great and the brushing on the sides is much better that expected it is now a smooth not rough finish. Does have the red ring around the crown some images show it has gone but looks great with black dial with red 12 marker. Arrived on time but had to chase as tracking was not updated. Great watch no regrets.

Just as advertised. Very nice, looks good. Only issue: how the heck do I size the bracelet? Screws turn but don't come out?
Beautiful homage impeccably done. The first day I wore this watch, I couldn't stop staring at it.
The bracelet link that connects to the watch has pins that stick out. When the links move in they get jammed with the case causing damage to the case. Watch movement didn't work when delivered, it was locked, after a bit of work I got it moving again. Not ideal, but the price was right. Dealing with the company regarding the issues was not the best, but it's to be expected for the price. All this said, I will likely continue to buy from them, when the watch works you cant beat the value.

only thing is the lug hole dill a little far back, if possible to have a dill through lug for easy change of strap.

Watch is fantastic. Very pleased. Only comment would be that the rotor is very bland. no design on it at all. Even if it matched the color of the bezel or the red on the crown stem, that would offer some level of interest. Great watch though.

The Pagani Design BB58 watch is a really nice and classically handsome watch. I owned a Tudor Black Bay Bronze before this watch and purchased this as a reminder of how much I liked that watch. This is no disappointment. The red bezel is really deep and rich. The dial is gorgeous and the snowflake hands are just spot on. The NH35 movement really makes this a functional and classic daily wear watch. The display caseback makes watching the movement fun, but a signed rotor, like in previous Pagani Design releases would have been nice. The red line on the stem makes the crown stand out and the action on the screw down crown is smooth with two discernible clicks into quick set date mode and time setting mode. The 5 piece linked bracelet with screw down pins makes removing links a breeze. I needed to remove 2 links for my 8" wrist and it fits well.
Looks good, feels well balanced, Will purchase from here again.

The watch itself is great. The design is just what I wanted. The bracelet is terrible. The screw pins in multiple points fell out. The clasp would not lock at all. This is right out of the box. I took the bracelet off and put a different strap on it. I expected a better bracelet.
